Throughout the years I have created a type of hair experience one that I respect and value your time in my chair. Therefore, when you schedule a rerservation with me you are the only person in my chair and all of my attention is about you during that time. I understand that we can lead very busy lives and time can get away from us, if you happen to be running behind the day of your reservation please call me immediately. If am running behind i will do the same. I do allow grace periods for a late arrival

No Refunds*

I do not refund for any service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your hair after your service, I allow a 7 day grace period. If you DO NOT contact me within 7 days of your hair reservation there will be a new service charge if I make any adjustments after that time. Being that I am booked out 6 weeks out I will try my best to get you back in to adjust your hair.

NO Refunds on Hair Products- All sales final.

Speacialty Hair*

  • My specialty is in hair lightening Blondes and Brunettes. I have certain techniques I use to achieve my lightening sessions. This means it may take 2-3 hair service visits before you see the desired look.

  • I cannot copy or exactly match a picture that is brought to me as I consider every hair stylist an artist and to me that means being creative in their own way.

  • I love cuttung curly hair. If you have curly hair i can help you. I have over 10 years of experience cutting curls. I do require you to arrive to your reservation with freshly styled hair so that i can see how your hair lays naturally.

Cancellations*

  • I REQUIRE a 48 cancellation notice via text at 509-949-5606.

  • If you cancel after the 48 hours YOU WILL be required to pay a fee of 50% of the service charge. There will be an invoice sent to you via email that will be REQUIRED to be paid within 24 hours of your missed reservation.

  • If I am sick I will let you know immediately, and I expect the same in return. I will not allow you in my chair if you have a cold/ fever or anything that will put myself, my coworkers or other clients at risk.

  • If you are a New Guest and you NO SHOW your first appointment you will have to pay 100% of your missed service. You will not be allowed to book with me unless you pre-pay in full for your future reservation. If you are an established guest and you NO SHOW you will be required to pay a 50% fee of your scheduled service missed.

  • There are certain Hair Services that I am not passionate about. If I feel that I am not the best fit for what you’re requesting I will be very honest and recommend different stylist in the area.

  • My services are priced based off of my education, experience, time and products used. I only use top quality products.

  • My price vary depending on your hair. I will be very transparent with my pricing. Please feel free to ask any questions.

  • Since I only use top quality products I highly recommend my clients use the same products at home. Invest in your hair.

  • I sell only professional hair products.
